Love 2 Travel - Introduction

I would like to introduce myself to those of you who are considering purchasing a home in an adult community. My name is Patti Scrofine and I am the owner of Love 2 Travel, LLC. I have been a resident of Heritage Point, an active adult community in Barnegat, New Jersey, since 2005. I have had the privilege of planning and coordinating many land tours and cruise travel for the community and for individual residents.

Love 2 Travel has coordinated group trips to Branson, Washington DC, upstate New York, Nova Scotia and Italy, just to name a few. My trips have been a cornucopia of camaraderie between residents. What starts out as a trip with neighbors, many times ends up as a trip with best friends and lasting quality relationships.

For many newly retired, traveling is the culmination of a dream. All those places we saw and read about in glossy periodicals during a quick lunch hour are finally becoming a reality. But, even before 9/11, the planning of a vacation that required air, sea or land travel was becoming extremely difficult--a different sort of dream—a nightmare! My goal is to ensure that your many years of hard work to attain this travel freedom becomes reality without the stress that many times becomes an uninvited traveling companion.

What makes Love 2 Travel unique is that I come to you, bringing with me the professionalism and experience of more than 25 years. In the comfort and privacy of your home, we discuss the options available for the type of travel you prefer, putting an entirely different spin on the term “armchair traveler.” Unlike larger travel agencies who operate out of store fronts and offer pre-packaged deals, I take the time to listen so that the travel package is tailor made for you alone.

In newsletters to come, I will include trips that are “hot” and those that are “not,” and tips for domestic and overseas travel that will enhance and expand your travel experience.

I like to think of myself in the business of wish fulfillment. Short of being that mythical fairy godmother waving a magic wand, I can’t think of anything I would rather do than help your dreams come true. I truly hope that after booking a trip with me, you will always “Love2Travel.”
